We are a very flexible organization... a small Offshore Solution Provider for your small to medium-sized company.

We have historically offered three basic solution options to our clients:

Option One

We can provide employees who works exclusively for your company.  These employees are supervised by local Indian management, but report directly to you.  Upon request, they can be available to you during your business hours (regardless of the time-zone), making it possible for them to work as part of your team.  They will be available through email, Instant Messenger, and by telephone.  These employees may be provided to you short-term (one month), medium-term (three months to a year), or long-term.

Once we identify a candidate that fills your needs, we will provide the office, hardware, software, administration, security, and other overhead.  Your only liability will be the cost of their wage plus $850 per month for overhead.  The entire cost for a full-time resource, therefore, generally ranges from $1,200 to $2,000 USD per month, depending on their experience-driven base wage.  Forget about Workers' Compensation, Health Care Costs, or outrageous wages.  Contact us now to begin the process of expanding your business offshore.

Option Two

If you'd rather hire out a project, we have a team of over seventy employees that are available to fill your needs, one project at a time.  Contact us now to request a quote for completion of your project, which may be based on either Time & Materials, or bid at a fixed-cost, whichever you prefer.
